Air lock 

Principal function:  

Air lock usually fixed on discharging opening of Discharger to collect material from discharger or dust discharging opening of De-duster to collect dust from de-dust lest air goes into Discharger or De-dust. 

Features:

TGFY air lock adopts main frame of independent combination, through aging treatment, the internal and external of the machine are finely processed. The frame has little distortion and has fine appearance.

Independent external bearings are adopted. The double dustproof bearings of high quality can completely separate the materials and bearings, therefore, the block caused by materials can be avoided.

The structure of TGFY air lock is simple, and the disassembly and assembly in maintenance is very easy due to its independent manufacture of end cover and bearing chassis.

The use of eccentric material feeding can improve the filling result.

The 5L, 7L and 9L of TGFY series share the same height, so it facilitates the designing and installation.
